I started Kaiwyn to take the phone, the follow-ups and the admin off busy trades owners, so the work they're good at turns into more booked jobs.
The name says what it's for: AI that wins for you. Kai holds the "AI", and wyn sounds like "win". More jobs won, more time won back, fewer customers lost.

How I work
I build every system myself, on your own number and your own site, and I test it before you do. You try it, you say yes, and only then does it go live.
After that I keep it running. Each month you get a one-page report with numbers you can check, and one suggestion for what to fix next.
I work US Eastern hours, so I'm reachable while your phone is busiest. You always deal with me directly.
What I won't do
- Promise you a number of leads. Software catches the jobs you're already getting; it doesn't invent new ones.
- Lock you in. After 90 days it's month to month.
- Keep your stuff hostage. You own the number, the site and the data.
- Buy, fake or bribe reviews.
- Text people who never asked to hear from you.
